BUILDING (PRIVATE STREETS AND ACCESS ROADS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10

No undulation on major street

The carriageway of any minor street shall, at the junction of such carriageway
with the carriageway of a major street, be graded into the carriageway of such
major street in such a manner as to avoid undulation on the major street.
