BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 70
Cancellation of permit
The Building Authority may in the public interest cancel any permit to erect
and require the removal of any hoarding, covered walkway or gantry even if the
permittee has fulfilled all his obligations. (G.N.A. 83 of 1959; G.N.A. 75 of
1962)
