BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 69

Deposit of security

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 29 of 1998 s. 28 The Building
Authority may require any person, to whom a permit is issued to erect any
hoarding, covered walkway or gantry in, over or upon Government land, to make
a deposit in the Treasury of a sum not exceeding $500 as security for the
fulfilment of all obligations of the permittee. The amount of the deposit
shall be fixed by the Building Authority who shall consider the circumstances
