BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 58
Cancellation of permit
The Building Authority may cancel any permit to erect a temporary building if
the permittee-
(a) contravenes any of these regulations; or
(b) fails to maintain the building in a satisfactory manner.
