BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 56

Building Authority may erect sheds

(1) Where any contractor fails to comply with any provision of regulations 53
to 55 or any condition that may be specified in a permit issued to him under
regulation 53(2) or causes damage to Government property in the erection and
maintenance of such contractor's sheds, the Building Authority may cause to be
carried out such work as he may deem necessary to ensure such compliance and
may make good any such damage. (L.N. 350 of 1993)

(2) The Building Authority may recover the cost of such work from the
contractor.
