BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 54

Kitchens, latrines and drainage required

Every contractor carrying out building works shall provide-

   (a)  adequate kitchens and latrines for the use of the workmen employed on
        such works; and

   (b)  for the disposal of drainage, which shall be into a public drain or
        sewer where the same exists on or near a site.
