BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 52
Siting to temporary building
(1) No temporary building constructed of readily combustible materials shall
be erected within 3 m of-
(a) any other building; or
(b) the boundary of the site within which it is located.
(2) Such space of 3 m shall be kept clear. (L.N. 294 of 1976)
