BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 51
Application to be made
(1) On receipt of an application, in the specified form, from a building owner
together with such plans as the Building Authority may require, he may permit
in writing the erection of a temporary building. (G.N.A. 83 of 1959; L.N. 350
of 1993)
(2) A permit issued under this regulation may specify the period for which
such temporary building may exist, and such other conditions as the Building
Authority may deem necessary.
