BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Access to buildings and provision of access lanes, etc., on site of new building
(1) Every building shall be provided with means of obtaining access thereto
from a street.
(2) The Building Authority may require the provision of an access lane or
access road within the site of any new building. (G.N.A. 83 of 1959)
