BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 49D
Floors and tiers
Each floor or tier in a place of public entertainment shall be constructed so
that it does not have a gradient steeper than 35o to the horizontal and the
height between any such floor or tier and the underside of the tier or ceiling
above it shall in every part be at least 3 m. (Part VIA added L.N. 194 of
1996)
