BUILDING (PLANNING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Buildings not to obstruct, endanger or cause nuisances

No building or fixture thereon shall be so constructed that it-

   (a)  (i) obstructs; or

        (ii)   endangers the users of any adjacent footpath or street; or

   (b)  creates any nuisance; or

   (c)  permits the escape into or over any adjacent footpath or street at a
        height of less than 2.5 m of any noxious gases or exhaust from any
        ventilating system. (L.N. 294 of 1976)
