BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 93

Transitional

Where plans of building works, street works, lift works or escalator works are
submitted to the Building Authority within 12 months after the coming into
operation of these regulations, he may approve any such plans which comply
with the provisions of the law before the coming into operation of these
regulations and give consent to the commencement of the works shown on such
plans. (Enacted 1990)
