BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 9
Site investigation
Site investigation in respect of any building works or street works shall be
carried out in such a manner and to such recognized standards as to provide
adequate geotechnical and other relevant data for the design and construction
of the building works or the street works. (Enacted 1990)
