BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 83
Bonding and foundation required
Retaining walls constructed of masonry shall be bonded and solidly put
together with mortar and provided with a foundation of concrete on solid
undisturbed ground or on piles. (Enacted 1990)
