BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 77
Drainage measures to preserve stability
Where it is likely that construction of a retaining wall will cause a rise in
ground water level such that the stability of any building, structure, land,
street or services are likely to be impaired, preventive drainage measures
shall be installed. (Enacted 1990)
