BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6
Overloading
(1) Subject to subregulation (2), no building, street, building works or
street works shall be subjected to a load beyond its proper bearing capacity.
(2) This regulation shall not apply with respect to any load which may be
required for the purpose of testing. (Enacted 1990)
