Pre-stressing tendons
Pre-stressing tendons for concrete shall be high tensile steel wire and strand
or high tensile alloy steel bars in the hot rolled or hot rolled and processed
condition of suitable composition, manufacture, and chemical and physical
properties. (Enacted 1990)
