BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 35
Floor next above external ground level
The level of the floor next above the external ground of every building shall
be not less than 150 mm above the level of the external ground or paving at
the entrance to that floor. (Enacted 1990)
