BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3

Materials

All materials used in any building works or street works shall be-

   (a)  of a suitable nature and quality for the purposes for which they are
        used;

   (b)  adequately mixed or prepared; and

   (c)  applied, used or fixed so as to perform adequately the functions for
        which they are designed. (Enacted 1990)
