BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16
Dead loads
(1) In calculating dead loads, the unit weights of the materials shall be
based on reliable data.
(2) When the position of permanent partitions is indicated on the plan of a
building, the weights of those partitions shall be included in the dead loads.
