BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 7
Completion of notices, etc. and signature thereon
Every notice, form, certificate or other document prescribed or specified for
the purposes of the Ordinance and regulations shall be clearly and correctly
completed to supply the information required therein and shall be duly signed.
