BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 46

Power of Building Authority to require new plans in certain cases

Where several alterations have been made to the original design of a building
and such alterations have been shown on amended plans submitted to the
Building Authority for his approval, the Building Authority may require new
plans to be delivered to him showing the building as it has been completed.
