BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 45

Duty of authorized person, registered structural engineer, registered geotechnical engineer, registered contractor, etc. to notify Building Authority of change of business address

Every authorized person, registered structural engineer, registered
geotechnical engineer, registered general building contractor and registered
specialist contractor shall notify the Building Authority in the specified
form of any change in the address at which he carries on business, within 14
