Duty of authorized person, registered structural engineer or registered geotechnical engineer who has prepared plans to supply to Building Authority such information as he may require

PART VII

MISCELLANEOUS

Every authorized person, registered structural engineer or registered
geotechnical engineer who has prepared any plans which have been submitted to
the Building Authority for his approval shall supply to the Building Authority
such information as he may require with regard to such plans or to the
