BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 39

Fees in respect of additional inspection upon completion of building works or street works

Where, on the completion of any building works or street works, more than one
inspection thereof is, in the opinion of the Building Authority, necessary by
reason of any contravention of the provisions of the Ordinance or regulations
or by any incorrect information, the authorized person, registered structural
engineer or registered geotechnical engineer appointed in respect thereof may
be required to pay the prescribed fee in respect of every such additional
