PART V

DUTIES OF AUTHORIZED PERSON, REGISTERED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OR REGISTERED
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER AND REGISTERED CONTRACTORS APPOINTED IN RESPECT OF
BUILDING WORKS OR STREET WORKS (L.N. 188 of 1974; 15 of 2004 s. 50)

The duties imposed, by the regulations in this Part, upon an authorized
person, registered structural engineer, registered geotechnical engineer,
registered general building contractor or registered specialist contractor
appointed in respect of building works or street works shall be without
prejudice to any duties imposed upon such authorized person, registered
structural engineer, registered geotechnical engineer, registered general
building contractor or registered specialist contractor by any other provision
