BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 31

Application for consent to commence

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), any application for the consent of the Building
Authority for the commencement of any building works or street works shown on
any approved plans shall be made in the specified form. (L.N. 514 of 1997;

(2) The application for the consent of the Building Authority for the
commencement of any demolition works must be accompanied by the personal
particulars, qualifications and experience of the operators of any powered
mechanical plant or equipment proposed to be used in the demolition works.
