BUILDING (ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 28

Certificate to be given by authorized person, registered structural engineer, registered geotechnical engineer and registered contractor engaged in respect of emergency work

Every authorized person, registered structural engineer and registered
geotechnical engineer engaged to supervise, and registered general building
contractor and registered specialist contractor engaged to carry out, any work
of emergency shall, within 48 hours thereof, certify, on the form specified
for the purposes of section 19 of the Ordinance, that he has been so engaged.
