IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE BOAT PEOPLE) (SHEK KWU CHAU DETENTION CENTRE) RULES - RULE 43
Illegal entry into the Centre
Any person who, without the permission of the Superintendent or of the Manager
and without reasonable excuse, enters the Centre or remains in the Centre
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 6
months. (Enacted 1991)
