Duty to report alleged offences against discipline
DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL OF DETAINEES
Subject to rule 36(1) all alleged offences against discipline shall be
reported to the Superintendent and it shall be the duty of the Superintendent
to adjudicate upon such reports as soon as reasonably practicable. (Enacted
1991)
