IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE MIGRANTS) (DETENTION CENTRES) RULES - RULE 43
Illegal entry into detention centre
Any person who enters any detention centre or remains in any detention centre
without the permission of the Superintendent and without reasonable excuse
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 6
months. (L.N. 176 of 1992)
