IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE MIGRANTS) (DETENTION CENTRES) RULES - RULE 42
Aiding escape from detention centre
Any person who aids any detainee in escaping from a detention centre or from
legal custody commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5000 and to
imprisonment for 6 months. (Enacted 1989)
