IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE MIGRANTS) (DETENTION CENTRES) RULES - RULE 41
Escape
Any detainee who escapes from a detention centre or from legal custody commits
an offence and is liable to a fine of $5000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
