IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE MIGRANTS) (DETENTION CENTRES) RULES - RULE 36
Warning and records
(1) Where the Superintendent, having adjudicated upon an alleged offence
against discipline, considers that punishment under rule 37 is not
appropriate, he may give a warning to the offender.
(2) Any warning given under this rule shall be kept on record. (L.N. 176 of
1992)
