IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE MIGRANTS) (DETENTION CENTRES) RULES - RULE 16
Segregation of new admissions
A detainee on first admission to a detention centre may, for good cause, be
confined separately from other detainees in such place and for such periods as
the Superintendent may direct. (L.N. 176 of 1992)
