IMMIGRATION (REFUGEE STATUS REVIEW BOARDS) (PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 3
Constitution of Boards
(1) Subject to this regulation, a Board shall be constituted by a
Deputy Chairman and one other member sitting together, being a Deputy
Chairman and member designated by the Chairman.
(2) The Chairman may sit as a member of a Board either instead of a
Deputy Chairman or in addition to him. (Enacted 1989)
