IMMIGRATION (REFUGEE STATUS REVIEW BOARDS) (PROCEDURE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16
Notice of decisions
As soon as practicable after a Board has made its decision under section 13F
(5) it shall notify the Director to give notice thereof to the applicant in
such form as the Chairman may determine. (Enacted 1989)
