OFFENCES AND FINES

Any resident who breaches rule 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14(1), 14(2), 15,
16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 or 33 after due
inquiry and upon being afforded the opportunity to exculpate himself may be
ordered to be separately confined for a period not exceeding 7 days which
penalty may be imposed by the centre manager.
