Authorization of employees
PART VIII
MISCELLANEOUS
A centre manager may, by notice in writing, authorize any person employed in a
centre to exercise any of the powers or perform any of the duties conferred or
imposed upon the centre manager by these rules and the person so authorized
shall have and may exercise such powers and perform such duties.
