IMMIGRATION (VIETNAMESE REFUGEE CENTRES) (OPEN CENTRE) RULES - RULE 33
Reporting on changes in family
A resident shall, within 3 days of its occurrence, report to the centre
manager any-
(a) birth;
(b) death; or
(c) marriage, that occurs within his family residing in the centre.
