CHINESE PERMANENT CEMETERIES RULES - RULE 23
No warranty against landslips, collapse or damage to retaining walls
The Board gives no warranty against landslips or the collapse or damage to
retaining walls in the event of subsidence, natural disaster or civil
commotion and the Board shall not be liable for any compensation for
disturbance to any grave as a result of such landslip, collapse or damage.
