CHINESE PERMANENT CEMETERIES RULES - RULE 21
Reversion of a vacant niche
A niche in an ossuary or a columbarium or an ordinary niche which remains
vacant for a period of 3 months after allocation or removal of skeletal or
cremated remains shall revert to the Board for any further allocation which
the Board may make. (L.N. 197 of 1986; L.N. 146 of 1992)
