*Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on 16 September 1964.

RESOLVED, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the
Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, as follows-

THAT the duty payable on rum issued to Gurkha troops in Hong Kong during the
period 1 April 1964 to the date of this Resolution is remitted and thereafter
is waived until this Resolution is varied or revoked. (L.N. 140 of 1964)
