DUTIABLE COMMODITIES (MARKING AND COLOURING OF HYDROCARBON OIL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 13
Offences and penalties
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) Any person who contravenes regulation 3, 5, 10, 11, 12 or 12A commits an
offence and is liable to a fine at level 5 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) Any person who contravenes regulation 5A, 5B or 9 commits an offence and
is liable to a fine of $1000000 and to imprisonment for 2 years. (57 of 2000
