DUTIABLE COMMODITIES (LIQUOR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 26

Clubs to be licensed for supply of liquor to members

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

(1) No liquor shall be supplied at any premises used by any club for the
purposes of the club to any member of the club except under and in accordance
with a club liquor licence.

(2) Upon application by the secretary of a club in accordance with the form
determined by the Board, the Board may, on payment of the prescribed fee and
subject to such conditions as it thinks fit, issue a club liquor licence to
the secretary or other person nominated by the club for the purpose. (78 of
