DUTIABLE COMMODITIES (LIQUOR) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 14
Mode of voting
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
(1) All questions arising at any meeting of the Board shall be determined by a
majority of votes of the members present.
(2) In the case of an equality of votes the person presiding shall have a
second or casting vote. (78 of 1999 s. 7)
