DUTIABLE COMMODITIES REGULATIONS - REGULATION 39
Business
Except with the consent in writing of the Commissioner, no business other than
the licensee's business of brewing or making beer shall be carried on within
the premises and no intoxicating liquors other than beer brewed or made on the
premises shall be brought upon or stored in the premises. (L.N. 294 of 1982)
