USE OF ELECTRIC POWER ON THE TRAMWAY RULES - RULE 15

Any insulated return shall be placed parallel to and at a distance not
exceeding 1 m from the line when the line and return are both erected
overhead, or 0.5 m when they are both laid underground. (L.N. 156 of 1977)
