TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APSTAR-IIR) (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) ORDER - SECT 2

Exemption

(Past version on 03/10/1997).

The company, to the extent that it-

   (a)  establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and

   (b)  uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications, on the satellite
        APSTAR-IIR, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under
        section 8(1) of the Ordinance.
