TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APSTAR-1) (EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) ORDER - SECT 2

Exemption

(Past version on 30/06/1997).

The company, to the extent that it-

   (a)  establishes or maintains a means of telecommunications; and

   (b)  uses or possesses apparatus for telecommunications, on the satellite
        APSTAR-1, is exempted from the obligation to hold a licence under 8(1)
        of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1994. 36 of 2000 s. 28)
